Palau punches far above its weight for a country the size of a small county. The Rock Islands and outer barrier reef combine walls, channels, corner dives with big pelagic action, famous wrecks, and the novelty snorkel of Jellyfish Lake. Blue Corner is arguably the single most famous dive in the world — a reef corner where sharks and jacks hold in the current and divers hook in to watch. Diving is year-round with the driest, calmest conditions from November through April.
