Tell us where we got it wrong.
Four channels, four purposes. Contributor logs keep the ratings accurate; story pitches help us find the next piece; press inquiries get a same-day response. Everything else, use the form below.
Best route depends on what you're sending.
Submit a dive log
Contributing recent logs is how we keep every month score honest. Photos welcome, not required.
Corrections
See an error on a site? Wrong month, wrong score, out-of-date logistics? Tell us and we'll fix it by Friday.
Story pitches
Dispatches from deep water, conservation reporting, trip essays. Read the Blog before pitching.
Press & partnerships
Reporters welcome, operators please read our methodology first. We don't accept comped trips.
Before you write in
Do you take sponsored placements from dive operators?
No. Not now, not ever. The project is supported by a $4/month reader membership and one vetted sponsored newsletter slot per quarter from outdoor brands unrelated to any destination we cover. Full ledger goes out every January.
Can I get a comped trip to contribute logs?
We don't accept or offer comps. Our 40 contributors are all working guides logging dives they'd be on anyway — that's what makes the data honest. If you're a working guide and want to join, use the form above.
A resort sent me a wildly different score for the same month. Who's right?
Their marketing team. Our rating is a 10-year rolling average from logbook data — it answers "what is this month usually like", which is the question you actually want answered when booking 8 months out.
How often are scores updated?
Monthly for the current month's verdict. Annually for the underlying 10-year window (every February, after peer review of the methodology).
